Curious about what your child does from 10 AM to 1 PM? It is a mix of guided gymnastics, creative arts, and mindful movement designed to burn energy and build confidence.

Every class starts with fun exercises and games to get our bodies moving and our minds ready to learn. These warm-ups are designed to be engaging and build foundational coordination skills.

Our "Funny Bugs" love this warm-up activity! Running through the colorful parachute tunnel is a great way to burn off energy and practice following directions in a playful way.

"Tunnel Tag" is a favorite game among our grade schoolers. It's a high-energy activity that teaches spatial awareness, quick reactions, and good sportsmanship.

We keep our mornings structured but fluid. Your child will cycle through non-competitive gymnastics, creative craft sessions, and story-driven movement games.
