Turning large venues in Bangalore into vibrant spaces for your milestone events with custom balloon backdrops and stage setups.
This was for a grand first birthday celebration in a party hall. I decorated the entire stage with a purple, white, and gold theme, including two large balloon pillars, a backdrop for the throne, and photos of the baby hanging from balloons on the ceiling.
For this 10th birthday, I used tall balloon pillars with number foils to frame the main decoration area. The soft pastel colors of the balloons created a cheerful and celebratory look suitable for a pre-teen's party.

How I approach large-scale decor
For major milestones like first birthdays or anniversary bashes, the goal is to make the room look full and lively without cluttering the floor space. I work with banquet halls across Bangalore, so I understand the layout challenges that come with different venue sizes.
My process for stage setups
- Stage focus: I prioritize the stage as the centerpiece. I combine custom backdrops—using flex banners or fabric—with heavy organic balloon garlands to create depth.
- Room filling: To make a large hall look festive, I extend the theme beyond the stage. This often involves placing balloon pillars at the entrance, adding ceiling clusters, or hanging photo memory displays to draw the eye upward.
- Logistics: For these setups, I arrive with my team at least three hours before your event starts to handle the electrical connections, prop placement, and balloon inflation. I bring all the necessary equipment, including stands, LED lights, and any custom cutouts, so you have one less thing to worry about.
