I believe that staying active should be fun, accessible, and varied. While badminton remains my first love, we are bringing high-energy pickleball and mindful yoga sessions to our communities across Delhi NCR to help you find your balance.

Our new pickleball camps are perfect for anyone wanting to try a fast-paced, social game that is incredibly easy to pick up. No complex rules, just pure fun and quick rallies that get your heart rate up without needing years of training.
On the flip side, we have integrated yoga and meditation sessions. Let's be honest, sports can be intense on the body. These sessions are about preventing injuries, improving flexibility, and actually learning how to breathe when the match gets tough. Whether it is a meditation workshop in Dwarka or a pickleball camp in Gurugram, we are building a space where you can smash a birdie, learn a new sport, and end your week with a peaceful stretch.
