Event Logistics
- Duration: 3 to 4 hours of exclusive venue usage.
- Format: Managed League/Knockout structure with 1 Event Lead and 2 Referees.
- Tech: PA System (Speaker + Mic) for commentary and announcements.
- Branding: One flex welcome banner with company logo.
Infrastructure & Gear
- Venue: 3-4 BWF-grade synthetic courts in an industrial/school indoor hall (Non-AC).
- Equipment: Rental rackets (Aluminum/Graphite) provided for all players.
- Shuttles: Unlimited Nylon shuttles (Mavis 350 or equivalent) included.
Hospitality & Awards
- Food: High-Tea counter with Tea/Coffee and 2 snacks (e.g., Samosa, Sandwich).
- Prizes: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals plus 1 Player of the Tournament trophy.
Box Cricket or Futsal Match Hosting
Arena Specifications
- Surface: 60x90ft (approx) artificial grass turf with full netting enclosure.
- Lighting: LED floodlights included for evening matches.
- Facilities: Access to changing rooms and drinking water dispensers.
Game Management
- Staff: 1 Umpire/Referee included to conduct toss and keep score.
- Audio: Bluetooth speaker provided for music.
Sports Equipment
- Cricket: Heavy tennis balls, bats, and stumps provided.
- Football: Size 5 footballs and colored team bibs provided.
Full Day Tournament Facility Buyout
Professional Operations
- Exclusivity: Complete buyout of 4-6 badminton courts for 8 hours.
- Officiating: Panel of 4-6 trained umpires for neutral decision making.
- Software: Digital draw and schedule creation using Tournament Planner.
- Media: Photographer included for finals and prize distribution (2-3 hours).
Technical Standards
- Shuttles: Feather shuttles (Practice Grade like AS2) supplied for the event.
- Safety: Paramedical first-aid kit (spray, ice packs) on standby.
- Seating: Plastic molded chairs arranged for spectators.

- Assets: 3-step podium and decorated awards table.

My Story
Ayush here, but Tirang Sports is bigger than just me. Used to smash birdies at the national level, studied in UK, did the corporate thing, but always craved a good game. Finding a decent place to play? Nightmare. So, we flipped the script—turned empty spaces into buzzing sports centers. We want every galli-mohalla (neighborhood) to have a spot where kids chase dreams and adults just play for fun. Khel sabke liye hai, bas. (Play is for everyone, that's it.)
