- Consultation & Mapping: We start by analyzing your face shape and hair texture to determine exactly where to place the light. If your hair has high porosity, we adjust our approach to prevent damage.
- Bond Protection: We use Smartbond additives mixed directly into the lightener. This prevents the chemical bonds in your hair from snapping during the lightening process.
- The Finish: After lightening, we use ammonia-free toners to neutralize any brassiness and lock in the shine.
