My Story
Started yoga in 2019, and wow, just getting my feet off the ground in crow pose felt like a party! But then, Pincha Mayurasana humbled me. Hurt my shoulder, learned about rest (the hard way). Still, every stumble made me stronger. 750+ hours training, still learning, still falling sometimes. That’s why I teach – because yoga’s not about nailing every pose, it’s about loving the journey, bruises and all.
My Work
What I Teach - I offer online Hatha, Ashtanga, and Prenatal yoga for beginners and up. Soon, in-person classes in Bangalore and Chennai!
Practice Over Perfection - We focus on the yoga journey, not just perfect poses. It’s about showing up, moving with awareness, and having fun.
