When we take on a project, we look beyond the decor. We look at the flow of the entire event. Our approach to wedding management is simple: we act as your buffer. From the moment the first invitation goes out to the final vidai, we are deeply involved in the coordination.

We specialize in creating cohesive experiences where the decor, entertainment, and logistics align. For example, when we plan a Sangeet night, it is not just about the stage setup. We manage the sound checks, coordinate the family dance sequences, and ensure the lighting cues hit right when the beat drops.

We operate out of Mumbai but our team frequently travels for weddings in places like Udaipur, Agra, and Lonavala. If you are planning an intimate ceremony in a historic haveli or a large celebration at a city venue, our role remains the same: ensuring the event runs exactly as you imagined. We bring our own in-house teams for decor and entertainment, which allows us to control the quality and timing of every element.

Our management fee covers everything from 3-4 months of planning to dedicated on-ground shadows for the couple. You will not find us standing around with clipboards. We are the ones running on coffee, managing the Baraat procession, and making sure the Pandit has everything for the Puja. This is how we ensure that when you look back at your photos, you remember the joy, not the stress.
