About Factory-Finished Modular Kitchens
Most kitchen problems start with moisture swelling the cabinets under the sink. We use IS 710 Boiling Water Proof Marine Grade plywood for all wet areas as our standard, not an upgrade. This ensures your shutters stay aligned and your drawers glide smoothly years after installation, regardless of how often you clean or how much water hits the floor.
When we say 'factory-finished,' we mean the difference between a kitchen that looks good for a year and one that lasts a decade. We manufacture all cabinetry in our own facility, using machine-pressed 1.3mm zero-joint edge banding. This prevents the edges from peeling—a common issue with on-site carpentry where moisture seeps into the board.

We start with detailed 3D visualizations so you can see exactly how the layout works before we cut a single piece of wood. During installation, our own crew handles the entire assembly. This includes integrating appliances, setting up under-cabinet profile lighting, and plumbing connections for your sink. Because we control the process from factory to site, we can offer a 10-year warranty on the woodwork and hardware. We are there to fix it if anything goes wrong, even long after the project is handed over.
