Pricing Guide
Express 3-Hour Studio Slot
Duration & Timing
- Strict 3 Hours: Best for early morning (5 AM - 8 AM) or mid-morning (9 AM - 12 PM).
- Timing Policy: High penalty fees apply for exceeding the time limit.
Access & Sets
- Unlimited Sets: Access to all 25+ shooting spots including City Palace, Santorini, and Glass House.
- Props: Usage of large props like the Vintage Green Car and Scooter included.
Facilities & Restrictions
- Changing Room: 1 Basic Changing Room (Non-AC).
- Crew Limit: Allows couple + photographer team only.
- Guest Policy: No family members or friends allowed on set.
Half-Day Studio Session (4-7 Hours)
Slot Options
- Morning (4 Hours): Typically 8 AM - 12 PM. Focus on bright daylight or mist.
- Evening (7 Hours): Typically 1 PM - 8 PM. Higher price range includes Golden Hour and artificial lighting setups.
Production Value
- Full Studio Access: Unrestricted use of all themed zones (Gothic Arch, Moroccan walls, Lush Gardens).
- Atmospherics: Evening slots include lighting up of chandeliers in the Palace set and garden fairy lights.

- Changing Room: 1 Private Changing Room (Basic/Non-AC).
- Crew: Standard crew allowance included; extra members chargeable.
Full Day 12-Hour Access

- 12 Hours: Fixed slot from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Lighting Variety: Covers morning soft light, noon hard light (indoor sets), sunset, and night lights.
- Usage: Suitable for 4+ costume changes or fashion shoots with up to 2 models.

- Changing Room: 1 Basic Changing Room (Non-AC standard).
- Set Access: Unlimited rotation between all sets throughout the day.
Policy
- Deposit: Refundable cash security deposit required upon entry for damages.
- Support: Site manager available for logistics assistance.

- 12-Hour Tier: Includes 12-hour studio rental + services (~25k range).
Wardrobe Rental
- For Her: 2 Gowns from in-house stock (Selection limited to available sizes/styles).
- For Him: 2 Blazers (Standard fits).
Services
- Makeup Artist: Professional MUA included for the duration (covers initial makeup and touch-ups).
- Logistics: Venue manages coordination between staff and MUA.

I made The Shire Studio for anyone who wants their photos to feel like a story, not just a basic shoot. You don't have to hop all over town - everything’s here under one roof.

- From a Greek getaway with blue doors to a royal Indian palace vibe, plus Moroccan arches and even modern brick walls - you can switch scenes without ever leaving the studio.
- The garden outside stays green year round, so you get that fresh, natural look in your photos.

- If you come early morning, sometimes you’ll get lucky with actual mist (adds full-on dreamy feels).
- We’ve got props like a vintage car, classic scooter, and a wooden swing. Use them or ignore them, up to you.

- Great spot for pre-wedding, family portraits, maternity, or even commercial shoots.
- If you need an indoor pre-wedding shoot location or want something different for maternity, this place works for both.
Less Hassle, More Fun
- No need to run around for outfits - I keep gowns and blazers here to rent.
- If you want a makeup artist, I can arrange that too, so you're ready to shoot right here.
