Our Solar Installation Process & Safety Standards
A solar system is only as effective as its installation. We follow a strict 'NO COMPROMISE' policy, ensuring every cable, mounting structure, and electrical connection meets rigorous safety benchmarks.
This video details the key stages of a typical residential solar installation. It covers panel mounting, cable laying, earthing, lightning arrestor fitting, and inverter commissioning, showing our comprehensive approach.
Solar installation is laborious and involves risk. This video shows our team engaged in the rigorous work of earthing, electrical metering, and cable management, always adhering to our strict "NO COMPROMISE" safety policy.
A neat and clean installation is our hallmark, both from the top and from beneath. This commitment to aesthetics and organization ensures the system is not only efficient but also looks professional.
We believe in a bilkul neat installation. This image shows the clean and organized wiring of a solar inverter, ACDB, and DCDB setup, which is crucial for the system's safety, longevity, and performance.

About The T4 Installation Standard
We don't just bolt panels to your roof. Every installation includes three dedicated chemical earthing pits and high-grade UV-protected DC cabling to prevent long-term degradation. It is the invisible work—like our precise cable dressing and conduit piping—that keeps your system safe and efficient for decades.
Why We Refuse Shortcuts
Solar energy is a long-term commitment. Whether we are installing a 5 KW residential system or a 60 KW commercial setup, the risks remain the same: electrical hazards, structural instability, and performance drops. That is why we operate with a 'No Jugaad' (no shortcuts) policy. We believe that if you are going to harness the sun, it should be done with total peace of mind.
The Technical Standard
Our installations are built on a foundation of safety and resilience:
- Structural Integrity: We use 1-3 feet Galvalume or HDG mounting structures wind-resistant up to 150 km/h. For elevated requirements, our custom steel structures are anchored with RCC pedestals to ensure zero damage to your roof's waterproofing.
- Electrical Protection: Your system is protected by ACDB and DCDB with MCBs and surge protection devices. We strictly utilize copper AC cabling and UV-protected DC cables from reliable brands like Polycab or Havells.
- Lightning Safety: Every installation includes a separate lightning arrestor to protect your home and your investment from surges.
Neatness as a Safety Feature
We define a 'neat' installation as one where wires are organized, conduits are sealed, and components are easily accessible for maintenance. Aesthetics matter, but in our world, tidy cable dressing is the first line of defense against short circuits and weather-related wear. When we are done, you get a clean, functional system that you are proud to show off, backed by a 25-year performance warranty on our Tier-1 Tata Power Solar modules.
