About Behind the Scenes: Our Craftsmanship
When you book a large-scale setup like a castle backdrop or a bar counter, you are hiring more than just the prop. You are hiring a team to maneuver these heavy pieces through venue doorways, assemble them, and handle the final on-site touch-ups. We treat every rental as a mini-production because the little details, like the angle of a prop or the spacing of tables, are what make the difference between a standard party and a great one.
Our process starts long before the guests arrive. Whether it is a kid’s birthday party in Koramangala or a cocktail night in Whitefield, our crew handles the entire logistics chain. This means we manage the transportation in our own vehicles to ensure the props arrive without a scratch.
The Realities of Setup
Many of our items, like the large MDF castle backdrops or the 8 to 10 foot custom bar counters, come in modular pieces. We need to assemble them on-site. This requires space, time, and, occasionally, some problem-solving if a venue has narrow corridors or tricky terrain. We do not just drop off the equipment, we stay to ensure it is secure, stable, and perfectly positioned for your photography team.
Safety and Finish
Because we specialize in high-impact props, safety is our priority. Our bridge props and dessert centerpieces are load-tested to hold cake weights or human traffic. We also carry specialized spray paints with us to every venue. Even with the most careful transport, minor scuffs can happen. Our team performs on-site touch-ups to ensure the finish looks flawless when the lights go up.
What to Expect
- Pre-Event Logistics: We coordinate with your venue manager for loading dock access and timing.
- Crew Presence: Depending on the scale of your decor, whether it is a simple dessert table or a full bar setup, we send a dedicated team of 2 to 4 people to handle the installation.
- Final Styling: We do not consider the job done until the props are styled to match your theme. If a backdrop needs a slight shift to align with the stage lighting, we make that adjustment.
