Air Plants, Unique Pots, and Green Essentials
Beyond the popular green favorites, I keep a special collection of unique plants and decor that can totally change how your space looks.
This is a Tillandsia, or air plant, which is starting to blush with color before it flowers. These unique plants absorb water and nutrients through their leaves.
A healthy Tillandsia ionantha. These are very easy to care for, requiring just a regular soak or misting of water.
Another variety of air plant, showing its spiky leaf form. They can be placed in terrariums, on wood, or in special holders.

This is a Tillandsia 'Caput-Medusae', named for its snake-like leaves that resemble the head of Medusa.

A large Schefflera or Umbrella Tree growing on a moss pole. These are great as larger, floor-standing indoor trees.
A young Lucky Bamboo plant. This is another plant that is considered to bring good fortune and is very easy to care for in water or soil.

About Additional Stock & Options
If you are trying air plants for the first time, remember they are different from your regular potted friends. These Tillandsia plants do not need soil, but they do need a good soak or a regular misting to stay healthy and happy. If you are not sure how often to spray them in Delhi’s weather, just drop me a message and I will help you set up a routine.
While everyone loves a classic Snake Plant or Money Plant, my nursery at Nehru Nagar is also home to some really interesting additions. I personally love stocking air plants (Tillandsia) because they are so versatile. You can mount them on wood, put them in glass terrariums, or just set them on a desk without needing any soil at all. I have varieties like the Ionantha and the snake-like Caput-Medusae, and they are incredibly easy to manage if you know the basics of misting them once or twice a week.
