I blend high-fashion aesthetics with raw emotion to create cinematic portraits that feel like a magazine feature but look entirely like your love story.

Anmol and Bhavishya's pre-wedding portrait on this grand staircase is a perfect example of editorial elegance. The sweeping train of the gown and the intimate pose create a powerful, romantic statement.

Where fine art meets editorial elegance. This shot captures a couple in a classic, romantic pose, with the warm lighting and grand staircase adding a layer of cinematic drama to their pre-wedding story.

A solo portrait of the bride-to-be, Anmol, standing beneath a stunning tiered chandelier. I wanted to create an image that highlighted her grace and the exquisite detail of her gown in a grand, architectural setting.

A collage showing the playful and romantic moments from Anmol and Bhavishya's shoot. From a shared kiss to a candid glance, these images capture the dynamic of their relationship with an editorial flair.

Framed by a beautiful archway, Ayush and Sakshi share a look during their pre-wedding shoot. This composition uses architectural elements to create a sense of depth and story, focusing on the connection between them.

A night portrait of Ayush and Sakshi. The dramatic lighting against the curved wall creates a modern and moody atmosphere, highlighting their elegant attire and the chemistry between them.

A beautiful motion-blur shot of Aayushi and Ameya during their engagement event. This technique adds a dreamy, energetic feel, capturing the excitement and movement of their celebration.

Aayushi and Ameya walk hand-in-hand through a lush garden path. The soft, natural light and their coordinated pastel outfits create a romantic and serene portrait.

Radhika and Shyam pose at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse for their sangeet. The unique architectural lines of the venue provide a strong, graphic backdrop for their elegant traditional attire.

About Elegant & Editorial Portraits

My approach to these portraits relies on natural interaction rather than rigid posing. Whether we are utilizing the grand staircase of a heritage hotel or the modern lines of the Mumbai skyline, I look for those few seconds of stillness where the lighting hits just right and your chemistry takes over. You will receive high-resolution, professionally color-graded images that capture that specific editorial mood you see in this gallery.

Fine Art Meets Real Emotion

Photography is not just about standing in front of a lens. It is about how the light falls on your face, the architecture surrounding you, and the tension between two people in love. When I work on an editorial portrait series, my goal is to strip away the noise of a typical wedding and focus on the quiet intensity of your connection.

The Artistic Process

For these sessions, I bring in my core team to ensure the production value matches the vision. You will work with my senior creative photographer and a dedicated lighting assistant who manages off-camera lights and reflectors. This technical setup is what creates that 'magazine' look, allowing us to control shadows and highlights, even in challenging environments like crowded city streets or dimly lit architectural spaces.

Designing Your Shoot

Every editorial session is a collaboration. Before we start, we discuss your narrative. Are we looking for the high-fashion drama of ballgowns in a heritage hall, or the clean, minimal aesthetic of a modern glass-and-steel backdrop? I guide you through look selection and posing, ensuring your comfort remains the priority. My signature grading style is then applied to each of the 75+ images, treating every file as a digital heirloom rather than just another wedding photo.

What to Expect

These sessions are designed for couples who want to invest time in their portraits. We typically dedicate an 8-hour window, covering three distinct locations and looks. This pace allows us to move past the initial camera shyness and reach a point where your expressions become natural, relaxed, and truly yours.

I started in my father’s darkroom, and that foundation never really left me. I do not treat your wedding like a checklist, but as a visual narrative. My goal is to capture the quiet intensity between you—the look that makes you both feel at home, even in front of a camera.
