Clean, vibrant, and packed with flavor. Whether it’s a refreshing juice or a wholesome salad, I frame healthy food to look as nourishing and inviting as it tastes.

About Healthy & Fresh
When shooting healthy food, the biggest challenge is making it look appetizing rather than clinical. I focus on the textures, like the crunch of fresh cucumber or the natural gloss on a fruit juice, and use bright, natural lighting to keep things feeling alive. You aren't just selling a salad, you are selling the feeling of a vibrant, energizing start to the day.
I don't believe in plastic-looking produce or fake steam. When I shoot fresh, healthy menus for cafes and cloud kitchens, my approach is to honor the ingredient. If it’s a bowl of greens, I want your customer to see the crispness in the leaves and the brightness of the vinaigrette.
My process involves:
- Natural Light Focus: I typically use a bright, high-key setup that mimics daylight. This makes fresh ingredients pop and keeps the overall vibe clean and inviting.
- Styling for Reality: I include real-world elements like stray herbs, natural condensation on glasses, or the texture of a wooden bowl. These small details tell your customers that the food is made fresh to order.
- Backlighting for Beverages: For juices and detox drinks, I use strategic backlighting to capture clarity and color, ensuring that thirst-quenching appeal is front and center.
Whether you are updating your Zomato catalog or launching a new health-focused menu in Mumbai or Hyderabad, I ensure the photography communicates health without feeling boring. The goal is to capture a meal that someone wants to eat immediately. If you have a specific vision for your brand—be it minimalist, rustic, or colorful—I adjust the styling to match that story.
