Music is meant to be shared. Our student recitals provide a supportive stage in Bangalore to build confidence, showcase progress, and celebrate the journey from first notes to full performances.

Watch our student Nandini Ashwin perform Debussy's 'Reverie'. This piece is a wonderful study in creating mood and texture, a key focus in our intermediate and advanced classical piano lessons.

Here, our student Ayushi Vakharia performs 'Goddess' by Laufey. We encourage students to explore contemporary artists who blend jazz, indie, and classical influences, broadening their musical horizons.

Our recitals often feature collaborations between different departments. Enjoy this performance of the iconic 'Godfather' theme song, with Angela John on vocals and Divya Agarwal on piano.

Ensemble playing is a fantastic skill. Here, students Advita Prabhu, Aditya Panicker, Pramoda Ghosh, and Joanne Ann Roy perform a four-person arrangement of 'Une Larme' by Mussorgsky.

We are proud to partner with the Majolly Music Trust for the Young Performers Concert Series. This clip features jazz pianist Akshada Krishnan, one of the many emerging talents we help provide a platform for.

Our Spring Recital featured a range of jazz and classical pieces. Here, Aditya Kumar Arun performs 'Like Blue' by Andre Previn, a piece that explores cool jazz harmonies and rhythms.

Aditya Panicker performs 'Experience' by the popular contemporary composer Ludovico Einaudi. We find that learning popular modern classical pieces keeps students inspired and engaged.

Here, Pramoda Ghosh performs the famous 'Habanera' from Bizet's opera 'Carmen'. Learning operatic arrangements for piano helps students understand melody, drama, and rhythmic character.

Anusmita Dey performs the beautiful and widely loved 'Mariage d'amour' by Paul de Senneville. This piece is a favorite among our students for its romantic melody and flowing accompaniment.

Ashwin Sundhararajan performs 'Rialto Ripples' by George Gershwin. This piece is an excellent introduction to the syncopated rhythms and lively character of early American jazz and ragtime music.

About Student Recitals & Performances

Stepping onto a stage is daunting, but at our recitals, the atmosphere is strictly supportive. Whether you are playing a simple piece for the first time or a complex classical arrangement, these events are about celebrating the effort, not just the perfection. We keep the environment encouraging so you focus on the joy of sharing music with an audience, not on being judged.

Performance is a vital pillar of our music curriculum. We believe that the process of preparing for a recital—choosing a piece, refining technique, and managing stage nerves—is just as valuable as the performance itself.

Why Performance Matters

Our recitals, held seasonally at our Indiranagar and HSR Layout centers, allow students to set concrete goals. This structured approach helps transition from playing in a practice room to performing with confidence. We encourage students of all ages, from children in our early childhood programs to adult learners, to participate.

What You Can Expect

Our stage is open to a variety of performances. You will see students playing solo piano or guitar, performing duets to improve their rhythmic listening skills, and even collaborating on vocal-piano arrangements. We often partner with the Majolly Music Trust for concert series, giving our students exposure to wider professional platforms.

A Focus on Growth

We provide students with high-quality Kawai digital and acoustic pianos for these events, ensuring that the sound quality matches the dedication our students put into their practice. Whether you are preparing for Trinity, ABRSM, or LCM exams, or simply learning for personal enjoyment, our recitals are the place to validate your progress. We emphasize the history and theory behind the pieces performed, turning each recital into an educational experience for both the performer and the audience.

We have spent over 25 years in Bangalore helping students turn private practice into public performance. We believe that music education is incomplete without a stage, so we organize regular recitals to help you grow and share your progress.
