About How It Works: Our Process & Store
You do not need a finished plan to reach out. Most of our clients start with a simple screenshot from Pinterest or just a rough idea of the mood they want for their celebration. Once you message us, we sit down to match your colours, theme, and budget to our inventory, handling everything from the first balloon to the final lighting adjustment so you do not have to worry about the logistics on your big day.
Two Ways to Plan Your Event
1. Online Planning & Booking For those who prefer to plan from the comfort of home, we have streamlined our process. Send us your inspo photos or a link to your Pinterest board on WhatsApp. We will discuss the elements, refine the colour palette, and finalize the layout to suit your venue. This is perfect for quick setups or busy schedules.
2. Visit Our Santacruz Store If you want to see our quality firsthand, feel the balloon textures, or browse our latest props, our Santacruz studio is open for you. We have samples of our arches, backdrops, and floral arrangements so you can see exactly what you are booking before the event day. It is also a great place to brainstorm if you are feeling stuck on the theme.
Customization & Execution
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. If you have seen something online, tell us. We can tweak our standard packages to better fit your venue space or specific theme. Our team handles the transport, labor, and setup, meaning you just show up and enjoy the party.
