Moving from a home basement to a dedicated warehouse was not just about extra space, it was about fixing our systems. We realized early on that constant hustling is not a strategy, so we spent months refining our packing lines and inventory flow before hiring our first two interns. It is the unglamorous backend work that actually allows us to promise the premium quality our clients expect today.
Transitioning from a home based setup to a professional workspace is a milestone many founders dream of, but the reality is rarely as polished as the photos look. When we started in 2018, every inch of our parents' basement was dedicated to our inventory. It was chaotic, loud, and incredibly real.
The biggest challenge was not just finding a new space in Wazirpur, but figuring out how to maintain that same level of personal care when we were not the ones touching every single gift. We had to build standard operating procedures from scratch. We treated our warehouse like a laboratory for operational efficiency. This meant standardizing our ribbon ties, managing bulk sourcing from small Indian brands, and creating a culture where every team member feels like part of the family.
Today, our HQ serves as both a logistics hub for our corporate gifting and a community space for our founder meetups. We host sessions here for creators to share their wins and flops over coffee.
