Classic Gel Manicure
Preparation
- Dry manicure technique using an e-file to clean cuticles.
- Trimming, shaping, and buffing of natural nails.
Application
- Application of protective base coat.
- Two coats of high-pigment solid gel color (Bluesky).
- Sealed with High-shine or Matte Top Coat.
- Finished with hydrating cuticle oil.
Exclusions
- Removal of existing gel or extensions.
- Nail art or repairs.
Classic Gel Pedicure
Foot Prep
- Warm water soak with bath salts.
- Scrubbing of heels and soles for callus removal.
- E-file cuticle cleaning specifically for toes.
Application
- Shaping and filing of toenails.
- Base coat, solid gel color, and top coat application.
- Curing under LED lamp for 4-6 week durability.
Finishing
- Light foot massage with hydrating cream.
BIAB Overlay (Strengthening)
Structural Application
- Intensive dry manicure preparation.
- Application of thick viscosity Builder In A Bottle (BIAB) on natural nails.
- Creation of a subtle apex curve to add mechanical strength.
Aesthetics
- Refining and filing the hardened gel for smoothness.
- Coating with client choice of Gel Polish color.
- Ideal for growing out brittle or bitten nails.

Why I Call It 'Nail Therapy'
For me, nails are more than just a beauty thing. It's honestly a mood fix. Got a reason to celebrate or just need a pick-me-up? I believe a fresh set of gel nails can do wonders. I love being part of those little moments with you.
What Happens in My Chair
- I start with detailed nail prep - shaping, buffing, and cleaning up your cuticles for that neat look.
- Gel polish application comes next. You pick the shade, I make sure it's smooth and shiny. The finish lasts, so you don't have to worry about chips for a while.
- If you want to grow your natural nails but they're weak or bitten, I recommend gel overlay for natural nails (BIAB/Builder in a Bottle). It's like a shield that helps your nails get stronger and longer. Refills are needed every few weeks, but the results are worth it.
Your Nails, Your Style
- Some clients just say, "Tujhe jo karna hai wo kar" (Do whatever you want), and that's when the real fun starts.
- I do everything from simple French tips to hand-painted nail designs, glitter, chrome, ombré, and even 3D art for brides.
- If you have a reference pic or a wild idea, bring it. I rarely say no to a challenge.

Hi, I'm Riya, and The Glitter Story is pretty much my second home. Been doing nails for 10+ years - 5,000 clients, loads of crazy stories. My studio? It's nail therapy, not just nail art. Sometimes people spill secrets over chai, sometimes they come with wild budgets for all-bling nails. Even when Sundays get packed and everyone's running late, my regulars stick around.
