Destination Pre-Wedding Shoots and Cinematic Stories
We travel with you to turn your journey into a cinematic film. From the royal architecture of Udaipur to the rugged beaches of Goa, we capture your love story in the locations that matter most.
A truly royal moment captured in Udaipur. I love using grand architecture and beautiful light to create powerful, magazine-worthy shots like this one for Narad and Vanita. This is what a destination pre-wedding shoot is all about.
Using the bride's vibrant red dupatta to frame this shot created a beautiful, intimate moment. Set against the intricate latticework of an Udaipur palace, this photo feels quiet, artistic, and deeply romantic.
This collage showcases the stunning scenery of Udaipur's lakes and palaces. It captures a variety of moments, from dancing and laughing to quiet embraces, all with the breathtaking Jal Mahal in the background. A perfect summary of a destination shoot.
A classic portrait taken in the beautiful corridors of an Udaipur palace. The soft light and repeating arches create a stunning backdrop, highlighting the couple's elegant traditional wear during their destination pre-wedding shoot.
This film captures the best of a Goa pre-wedding adventure. We started with a fun bike ride along a scenic road and ended with dramatic shots on the rocky coast. I use a mix of color and black & white to add a cinematic, storytelling feel to my pre-wedding films.
About Destination Dreams
When we shoot at a destination, it is not just about the backdrop. It is about how we use that space to tell your story, like using the grand Udaipur architecture to frame a quiet moment or the Goa coastline for an energetic sequence. I treat these shoots as a proper production, meaning we handle the scouting and planning before we arrive, so you can focus on the trip while we ensure the lighting and angles are spot on.
Traveling for a pre-wedding shoot transforms the entire experience from a photo session into a shared journey. Whether it is the royal history of a palace in Udaipur or the rugged, salt-air energy of a Goa beach, these locations offer textures and moods you simply cannot find in a local studio.
My approach to destination work is grounded in preparation. We do not just show up and start clicking. Before we fly out, we walk through the storyboarding phase, deciding how to blend your outfits with the locale and determining the best time of day for that golden hour light. For these projects, I typically bring a compact, agile team, usually 3 to 4 people including a dedicated cinematographer, which allows us to move fast, catch candid moments without intruding, and handle gear like drones or lighting setups without turning your vacation into a chaotic film set.
The goal is to keep it relaxed. If we are on a bike ride in Goa or walking through a heritage site, I want you to feel like yourselves. We capture the in-between moments, the laughter, the way you look at each other when you think no one is watching, rather than forcing stiff, rehearsed poses. If you have a location in mind that is off the beaten path or a venue that holds personal significance for you, tell me. I am always looking for a new map to explore.
