I don't just set up a wall; I build a focal point designed for comfort and longevity. My signature rattan peacock chair isn't just a prop for photos, it is chosen for height and support so you can sit comfortably for hours without needing to constantly adjust your posture. Every backdrop I build uses a sturdy, weighted framing system that keeps floral arrangements secure, ensuring that your display looks as fresh at the end of the event as it did when the guests first walked in.
When designing a backdrop, my goal is to create a space that feels personal, not mass-produced. Whether you are hosting an intimate baby shower in a farmhouse or a large-scale celebration, the setup needs to reflect your vibe.
My approach to backdrops involves three layers: structure, texture, and personalization.
The Structural Foundation
I use custom arch panels—often U-shaped or rainbow profiles—painted in soft, matte finishes like lavender, mint, or crisp white. This provides a clean canvas. I then overlay this with organic balloon garlands, which adds volume without cluttering the aesthetic. The framing is designed to be self-supporting, so we do not need to drill into walls or rely on venue infrastructure, making it safe for most Delhi NCR venues.
Texture & Floral Density
I mix premium silk and artificial flowers with fresh seasonal foliage. This gives the lush, 'blooming' look people want without the fragility of all-fresh arrangements. You will see hydrangeas and roses paired with baby's breath to add depth. If you choose the Bloom Bar package, I bring in the wooden cart, which acts as a secondary interactive station—perfect for favors or drinks.
Personalization
This is where the magic happens. A neon sign saying 'Oh Baby' or a customized wooden name cutout transforms a generic wall into your event's branding. I add small details like vintage wooden crates spilling with flowers or crocheted booties as centerpieces. These items are sourced to match the theme, ensuring the look is cohesive from the entrance welcome sign to the seating area.
