Wedding Choreography: How We Build Your Perfect Show
A great performance doesn't just happen on stage. It is built through venue visits, late-night tech runs, and precise planning. Here is how we turn your vision into a grand show.
Every great show starts with a perfect recce. Here I am scouting a beautiful venue in Jaipur, visualizing the performance, and planning how to use the space to create the most impact.
Pre-planning is where the vision takes shape. My team and I are at the Radisson Blu, Karjat, walking through the venue and holding meetings to lock down every detail before rehearsals even begin.
This is the journey from an empty stage to a grand performance. It shows my team and I working through rehearsals, setting up props, and directing the artists to bring the final vision to life.
The grind doesn't stop. This is what a 3 a.m. tech rehearsal looks like, as we fine-tune lighting cues, stage positions, and prop movements to ensure a flawless show.
Tech runs are crucial for high-energy acts involving acrobatics and lifts. Here, our team practices a powerful Afro-themed routine on-site to get a feel for the stage and perfect their formations.
A good tech run is essential for a hit show. This is a behind-the-scenes look at our team preparing for a Radha Krishna musical, ensuring every technical element and dance step is perfectly in sync.
About The Process: From Concept to Stage
People see the final performance, but the real work happens in the 3 a.m. tech runs and venue recces. We don't just teach steps; we physically walk the stage dimensions, test the lighting cues, and adjust our formations to ensure the performance is flawless. If a prop does not fit or the stage is smaller than expected, we handle it behind the scenes before you ever step on for your big moment.
Our Process: From Vision to Spotlight
We know that a Sangeet or award night performance is more than just dancing. It is a production, and we treat it like one.
1. The Conceptualization Everything starts with a story. Whether it is a grand wedding entry or a branded LED interaction act, we sit down to understand the vibe. We are not interested in generic steps. We map out themes, music, and the 'bada dhamaka' moments that make the audience react.
2. The Venue Recce We do not guess stage sizes. We visit your venue in person or review floor plans to understand the space, lighting, and sound layout. This is where we identify potential hurdles—tight corners, limited backstage space, or sound system constraints—so we can build the choreography around the actual reality of your event.
3. The Grind (Rehearsals & Tech Runs) This is where the magic gets built. Our studio sessions are high-energy, but the real test is the tech run. We bring in props, light sticks, and our troupe to practice in the same conditions you will face on the day. We fine-tune formations, aerial lifts, and timing until every beat syncs with the music and lighting.
4. The Final Bow On the day of the event, we are there. From managing the backstage chaos and cueing the dancers to ensuring our performers hit every mark, we handle the production so you can focus on enjoying your show.
We bring the intensity, the technical support, and the fusion choreography. You just bring the energy.
