I personally love the balance we strike with our cookie bites. They are satisfyingly crunchy but kept wholesome without any refined flour or eggs. When you order these, they are not just sitting on a shelf, as we mix the dough and bake them fresh in small batches to ensure that distinct snap in every bite.
We believe that treats should be good for you, not just good for the moment. That is why our kitchen is entirely free of eggs and refined flour (maida). Instead, we use whole wheat, jowar, and almond flour to give you that familiar satisfaction without the heavy feeling afterward. Whether you are grabbing a quick jar of granola for your breakfast or putting together a gift set for a loved one, you know exactly what is inside.
We handle our baking in small batches. This means your treats are never sitting in a warehouse. We prepare the dough, bake, and pack them right here in our Mumbai studio kitchen. Our packaging is designed to be kept, using materials like reusable wicker baskets and wooden trays that you can repurpose long after the cookies or tea cakes are finished.
