The Story of Buddy Handmades
Behind every stitch is a memory. A little peek into my Jabalpur studio, where your ideas become handmade keepsakes.
Marking five years of Buddy Handmades. This video is a quiet, heartfelt reflection on the journey of love, loss, and healing that this brand represents for me.
"Main khud Goa nahi gayi, par mera parcel VIP banke Switzerland jaa raha hai!" A funny and grateful video about packing my first international order. Dil se thank you for real!
The best part of the process. Every logo I put on a package is a reminder of building this from scratch. The excitement never fades.
When people ask what I earn as a small biz owner, this is it. The kind words and happy messages from you guys are my real earnings. Grateful for this!
Real talk: I don't sell hoodies, I just make them fire. This video explains how my service works. You can send your own apparel or I can source it for you!
Tired of boring sweatshirts? I get it. That's why I started this, to create clothing that actually tells your story.
A little reminder about the real cost of handmade. It's not just materials, it's the time, effort, and love I pour into every single piece.
"It's just a dream, quit if it's that difficult." But this is the dream, and it's worth fighting for every single day.
A little love letter to all the 'moms' behind the businesses, nurturing their dreams like babies. For me, this brand is my baby, born from the love for my first baby, Buddy.
You don't just buy a gift. You buy a piece of a story, a piece of my heart, and a way for Buddy's memory to live on. Thank you for choosing us.
About The Story of Buddy Handmades
People often ask how I manage international shipping from my home studio in Jabalpur. Honestly, it is just me, a lot of tea, and a bit of trial and error. Whether I am packing a single embroidered sweatshirt or a custom crochet bouquet, I treat every parcel like it is traveling to a VIP.
It started in lockdown, a way to keep the memory of my fur baby, Buddy, alive. I never planned to build a brand, I just wanted to spread smiles. Now, this one-woman show has grown into something I never imagined.
From my home setup, I take your stories and thread them onto apparel. You might see a cute bucket hat or a sweatshirt, but for me, it is about the hours spent finding the right thread color or perfecting a line art portrait. Quality matters here. I use 180 to 300 GSM cotton bases for apparel, ensuring the canvas is as comfortable as the embroidery is beautiful.
Whether you want a secret message on a cuff or a floral initial on the chest, I handle the stitching personally using Anchor and DMC floss. It is slow work, usually 15 to 25 days depending on the complexity, because I refuse to rush the love out of it. I am not a factory, and I am not a big team. I am just one person doing my best to make sure every order feels like a warm hug when you open the box. If you have an idea, a joke, or a memory, just reach out. We can figure out how to put it on fabric together.
Buddy Handmades
Hi, I am Resham. Buddy Handmades started as a way to keep my fur baby Buddy’s spirit close, and now it is my daily rhythm. I am the one doing the stitching, the packing, and the tea-sipping, making sure every piece that leaves my studio feels like a personal gift.
