I handle the logistics, from bringing all professional markers and engraving tools to managing the flow of guests, so you do not have to worry about the setup. Whether it is leather luggage tags, perfume bottles, or wine glasses, I ensure each item is personalized in real-time without causing a queue.

How It Works

Whether you are hosting a wedding, a Mehendi function, or a baby welcome, I offer a live experience where guests see their name being written or etched. This activity serves as a focal point, adding a layer of engagement that standard favors cannot match.

My Techniques

• Live Calligraphy: Using professional ink and paint markers, I add names or short notes to items like place cards, stationery, or leather tags. This is ideal for high-volume items where speed and elegance are both required.
• Hand-Engraving: For hard surfaces like glass, perfume bottles, or metal tumblers, I use a handheld micromotor tool. I finish each engraving with a metallic wax buff, which makes the lettering stand out beautifully.
• Painting & Illustration: For VIP gifting, I offer live painting to add floral motifs or custom designs alongside names.

Logistics & Requirements

• Setup: I arrive with my own signage, professional-grade markers, and dust management tools for engraving.
• Timeline: Most live sessions are booked in 3 to 4-hour blocks. I can comfortably handle 100 to 120 units for calligraphy or 35 to 45 units for engraving within that timeframe.
• What you provide: You simply need to supply the merchandise—such as the glassware, luggage tags, or boxes—and a power source if we are doing engraving. My team and I handle the rest, from cleaning the surfaces to managing the queue.
