Every outfit you rent from us undergoes a strict cycle of professional dry cleaning and steaming before it reaches your doorstep. We handle all alterations in-house to ensure a perfect fit, so you get a red-carpet look without the high-end purchase price. You simply wear it, flaunt it, and return it to us.
How Our Rental Process Works
We know renting an outfit online can be nerve-wracking, so we have kept our process simple and transparent. Whether you are prepping for a pre-wedding shoot in Goa or a birthday party in Mumbai, we ensure your look arrives exactly as promised.
1. Selection & Styling Browse our collection online or visit our studio in Ulhasnagar for a trial. Not sure what looks good? We offer styling advice to help you match outfits to your event backdrop and theme.
2. Fitting & Alterations Worried about the fit? Don't be. All our outfits come with adjustable features like drawstring backs or corset-style ties to fit sizes ranging from XS to 5XL. We provide full alterations on every rental to make sure it hugs you in all the right places.
3. Hygiene First This is our top priority. Every piece—from heavy bridal lehengas to satin gowns—undergoes a multi-step cleaning process. This includes professional dry cleaning and high-heat steam ironing. Your outfit arrives in a heavy-duty garment bag, fresh and ready to wear the moment you open it.
4. Delivery & Returns We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and ship pan-India. For local Mumbai orders, we can arrange same-day delivery if you are in a rush. Our standard rental window is 3 days, giving you ample time for your event and travel.
