About The Space & Our Story
This is not a place where you just memorize steps in silence. We built this 1600 square foot studio with one goal in mind: creating a judgment free lab where the mirrors are for technique, not criticism. Whether you are prepping for our ABUNDANCE stage showcase or just shedding the day's stress, the flooring, lighting, and community here are designed to help you let go of the hesitation and find your unique groove.
Think of us as a dance laboratory, not a standard studio. Located in Palam Vihar and Sushant Lok, our spaces are designed for movement, not just posture. Every corner, from our wall of mirrors to the ambient lighting, is built to support our ABUNDANCE training program, where we help students transition from practice to the professional stage.
We emphasize community over competition. When you step into our facility, you will find senior dancers and first time movers sharing the same space. We focus on the philosophy behind the movement, incorporating breath work and stamina training that goes beyond basic steps. We believe that dance should be accessible, which is why we have equipped our studio with professional flooring to support everything from high energy hip hop to subtle contemporary movements.
