Materials Provided
- Painting Surface: Choice of medium grain canvas board (10x12 or 12x16 inch) or premium eco-friendly tote bags.
- Paints: Professional grade Acrylic paints (high pigment density) or Fabric paints.
- Tools: Synthetic hair brushes (Flat, Round, Filbert), mixing palettes, sponges, and water containers.
Logistics & Setup
- Protective Gear: Disposable aprons for all participants.
- Venue Prep: Heavy-duty plastic drop cloths to cover tables and carpets.
- Cleanup: Wet wipes and tissue rolls provided.
Instruction
- Lead Artist: Guided session by Purnima Sampat or Senior Faculty.
- Support: 1 assistant artist per 15-20 participants.
- Process: Step-by-step demonstration of themes like Abstract Florals or Scenery.
Collaborative Mystery Mural
Pre-Event Prep
- Design: Conceptualization of company logo, value theme, or portrait into a grid format.
- Sketching: Pre-sketching and outlining on panels by the studio team prior to the event.
Workshop Materials
- The Grid: Numbered individual canvas panels (approx 8x8 inch or A4) or heavy cartridge paper.
- Mediums: Choice of Coffee solution (sepia tones), Ink, or Acrylics.
- Assembly: Backing board and adhesive setup for on-site mounting.
Execution
- Facilitation: Coordination of individual painting styles to ensure consistency.
- The Reveal: Guided assembly of the final 4ft x 3ft (or larger) artwork.
- Takeaway: The completed large-scale mural belongs to the office for framing and display.
Premium Neon Art or Decor Craft
Option A: Neon Art Setup
- Equipment: Rental and setup of UV Blacklights and cabling.
- Materials: Fluorescent canvas paints and skin-safe neon body paints.
- Experience: Glow-in-the-dark painting environment with light coordination.
Option B: Decor Craft Setup
- Bases: Pre-fabricated wooden clock bases, lamp structures, or glass jars.
- Components: Battery mechanisms, LED tea lights, and electrical fittings.

Like Manya—she mixed cyanotype printing and rock dogra, and boom, RISD scholarship. It’s not just me here; Kuldeep, Satendra, Lubaina, we’re a weird, happy family. Every year, ‘Re-Imagine’ shows everyone’s process, not just pretty stuff. This place? My happy spot, where ideas and people find themselves again.
