- Strength & Conditioning (S&C): This isn't generic gym work. Our S&C sessions focus on explosive power for smashes and injury prevention for your knees and ankles. We track your fitness data to ensure you are peaking for tournaments.
- Match Simulation: Practice is useless if you crumble under pressure. We integrate internal ranking matches and tactical game IQ sessions so you learn how to handle the nerves of a real BWF or state-level match.
