When we preserve your varmala or engagement bouquet, we don't just pour resin over fresh flowers. We first dehydrate every petal and bloom in silica sand, which takes time but is essential to retain 80-90% of the original shape and color. This prevents the flowers from rotting or turning brown inside the frame. Whether you choose a clock, a wall frame, or a tabletop block, we work with you on the layout before the final resin pour to ensure your memories are displayed exactly as you want them.
Our approach to preservation combines technical patience with creative design. Resin is a chemical medium that reacts to UV light and temperature over time, so we use high-grade, non-yellowing epoxy that is hand-poured in 10-15mm layers to minimize bubbles and maximize clarity.

While we do our best to maintain the vibrancy of every flower, natural botanical material is unique. Some colors may shift slightly during the drying process, and not all flowers respond the same way to resin. We will always communicate the expected outcome based on the condition of the flowers you send us. If you are shipping your varmala to us, please ensure they are dried naturally or kept fresh in a breathable box to prevent moisture buildup before they reach our studio.
