We built this space because we believe dance is for everyone. It does not matter if you have never danced before or if you are looking to polish your stage skills. Our sessions are designed to be tension free, focusing on making you comfortable before we even start the music. We handle all levels, from kids finding their rhythm to adults looking for a high energy fitness session. Matlab, we want everyone to feel like they belong from the first beat.
