At Nomad Barber Mumbai and Classic Hair Therapy, we do things a bit differently. Barbering isn't just about the cut; it’s about the experience. My shop in Khar was built to be a space where you can actually talk to your barber, relax, and get an experiential grooming treatment that feels more like hanging out with a mate than visiting a clinic.
The Craft
Whether you are looking for a classic pompadour, a sharp zero fade, or a textured crop, I use Japanese steel scissors and Wahl Pro tools to get the details right. It’s all about the consultation—we look at face shape and hair texture before the first snip happens. Every session ends with a fresh cape and a hot towel straight razor shave for the neck, because the small details are what keep the look clean for weeks.
Why Nomad?
My journey started in my baba’s shop in 2004, but my game changed when I met my mentor, Miguel. We brought that global Nomad Barber culture to Mumbai, mixing Western barbering techniques with our own desi swag. We’ve hosted everyone from musicians and footballers to creators, but the priority stays the same for every client who walks through the door: delivering a cut that makes you feel sorted. If you are in Dahisar or Khar, come by, grab a coffee, and let’s get you looking fresh.

I'm Prat, most folks call me The Hair Monster. I grew up in my dad's old barber shop and spent over a decade honing my craft before teaming up with my mentor to bring this vibe to Mumbai. My chair is open for anyone who wants a solid cut and some good conversation.
