Creative Collaborations, Storytelling & Puppet Shows for Kids

Every session we host follows a simple, engaging flow: we start with a live performance—like a shadow puppet show or interactive storytelling—and follow it up with a craft session themed around what the kids just watched. You don’t need to bring a thing, as we provide all the supplies, from aprons to paints and cutouts. It is a low-stress way to introduce your children to new stories and art forms while they get to take home a finished piece they created themselves.

We believe art is better when it comes with a story. That is why we regularly invite storytellers and puppeteers to The Artsy Nook. Whether it is a Dussehra special Ramayan shadow puppet show, a Halloween session with 'Room on the Broom', or a Peppa Pig party, the goal is to make the experience immersive. The kids are not just sitting and watching; they are part of the story.

Once the show wraps up, we guide the group through a related craft. If the story was about a witch, they will make a paper witch puppet. If it was about Peppa, they will create a mosaic Peppa piece. Everything is age-appropriate and guided by our facilitators, so you can relax while your child gets creative. We provide kid-friendly snacks like juice and biscuits to keep energy levels up. These sessions are perfect for kids aged 3 to 8, and because we keep our studio space cozy and small to ensure everyone gets attention, our seats do fill up fast.
