To ensure your items arrive perfectly, every bulk order is packed in sturdy master cartons without individual plastic sleeves, which helps keep costs fair. Since I craft everything after you book, please count on a 10 to 15 day window for production and shipping to make sure your stock is ready exactly when you need it for your event or shop.
How I Handle Your Orders
Because I work on a made-to-order basis from my home studio in Dimapur, nothing sits on a shelf collecting dust. This ensures that every keychain, bag charm, or hair accessory you receive is freshly crafted and made with the same love that goes into my personal favorites.
The Shipping Process
- Timeline: My standard turnaround is 10 to 15 days. For larger bulk orders, I recommend reaching out a bit earlier so I can plan my yarn stock and production schedule.
- Packaging: I ship all over India using sturdy cardboard cartons. I pack items tightly to prevent shifting during transit, keeping your items safe and sound until they reach you.
- Payment: As I am a small-batch creator, I operate on a 100% prepaid basis. This helps me manage my raw materials and ensures your order enters the queue the moment it is confirmed.
