Drainvac Central Vacuum System (3-4 BHK)
Core Hardware
- Central Power Unit: 1 x Drainvac hybrid system (bag or bagless) with approx. 600-700 Airwatts suction power.
- Filtration: HEPA-level filtration capability to remove micro-allergens.
- Noise Level: Installed in utility areas to maintain <60dB noise levels in living spaces.
Infrastructure Network
- Piping: Up to 60 running meters of 2-inch ASTM vacuum-grade PVC piping with long-sweep elbows.
- Inlet Valves: 4 to 5 wall-mounted designer valves with metallic or white finish to match interiors.
- Wiring: Low-voltage triggering wire installed parallel to piping for auto-start.
Cleaning Kit
- Master Hose: 1 x 9-10 meter crush-proof hose with handle-mounted On/Off switch.
- Tools: Includes hard floor brush (horsehair), air-driven turbo carpet beater, crevice tool, and upholstery nozzle.
- Accessories: Wand storage and hose hanger included.
Installation & Warranty
- Process: Two-stage execution (Rough-in during construction and Final trim-out after paint).
- Testing: Pressure testing of all lines to ensure zero leakage.
- Coverage: Standard manufacturer warranty on motor (5-10 years) and 1-year workmanship warranty.

- Keypads: 2 x Peonia glass-finish touch panels replacing standard switches.
- Sensors: Built-in real-time monitoring for PM2.5, Temperature, and Humidity.
- Feedback: OLED digital display directly on the switchboard.
Ventilation Unit
- ERV Machine: 1 x Ceiling-mounted Energy Recovery Ventilator (approx. 250-350 CFM).
- Function: Extracts stale air and inputs filtered fresh air while retaining cooling energy.
- Filtration: Pre-fitted intake filters.
Distribution & Logic
- Ducting: Acoustic insulated flexible ducting routed to Living and Master zones.
- Grilles: 2 x Premium linear slot diffusers for air delivery.
- Automation: Custom programming to trigger ventilation automatically when PM2.5 or CO2 levels spike.
Installation Scope
- Mounting: Physical installation of ERV above false ceiling and sensor wiring.
- Calibration: Sensor calibration against reference meters.
- Exclusions: Civil work like core-cutting or false ceiling repair is not included.
