Why I Do What I Do
I started Tails of the City because I’m a pet parent too. For me, grooming isn’t just about a haircut - it’s about making sure your doggo or kitty feels healthy and happy. I know Namma Bengaluru loves its pets, so I’ve made a place that’s safe, chill, and full of love.
How I Make Pets Comfortable
Grooming can stress pets, so I keep things calm. I use lots of praise, treats, and patience. Some folks call us magicians, but honestly, it’s just because we love animals. While your pet gets pampered, you can hang at our little café, sip a coffee, maybe get some work done - no awkward waiting or anxious goodbyes.

I’m not perfect, and sometimes pets do get nervous, but I always go slow and try to make it a fun experience.
