Unlike clinical-feeling grooming centers, our Indiranagar studio is designed to be a sanctuary. We have a dedicated quiet zone with aromatherapy to keep anxiety low, and while your doggo or kitty is getting their glow-up, you can actually sit, work, or read in our café right next door—no more pacing around in a lobby or rushing through anxious goodbyes.

When we started Tails of the City, we wanted to fix the common stress points of pet grooming. We know the anxiety of leaving your pet behind, which is why our physical space is built around calm. We don't believe in high-volume, rush-through services. We believe in a slow, patient process where pets get to sniff around and settle in before a single brush touches their coat.

Our café isn't just a waiting area; it is a place for you to be part of the process. If you have work to wrap up or just need a quiet corner with a book, you are welcome to stay while we work our magic. This closeness helps owners feel at ease, which in turn keeps the pets much more relaxed.

We’ve invested in professional, high-velocity drying and top-tier grooming equipment, but the real secret is the environment. We keep our space clean, bright, and festive—we love dressing up the salon for Diwali and other occasions to make it feel less like a shop and more like a neighbourhood spot. From the pet-sized green couch where we take post-grooming photos to the gentle handling techniques we use for nervous visitors, every detail here is meant to make the experience stress-free for both ends of the leash.
