Durable Solar Mounting Structures Built for Your Property
Every roof is different, which is why we build custom mounting structures tailored to your site. From elevated frames that create shaded utility space to ballast systems that protect your roof, we ensure your solar setup is stable, safe, and built to last.
This video compilation shows the variety of solar mounting structures we build. Whether you need an elevated structure, a cement ballast system, ground mounting, or short rail mounts, we fabricate it all in-house.

About Structures Built to Last
A solar structure is only as strong as its foundation, and we don't believe in using one-size-fits-all kits. Whether we are building an 8-foot elevated pergola for your terrace that creates a usable, shaded area, or a cement-ballast system that secures your panels without a single hole in your waterproofing, we fabricate everything in-house. We use heavy-gauge steel finished with weather-proof coating to ensure your system stands firm against high winds while keeping your roof safe from rust and leaks.
Our engineering process starts with a simple rule: no shortcuts, no jugaad. Every rooftop has a unique load-bearing capacity, so we perform a 3D shadow analysis and structural assessment before welding begins. This ensures your solar mounting structure is optimized for both energy generation and long-term stability.
For residential clients across Delhi NCR, we focus on designs that add value beyond just power generation. Our elevated solar structures, raised 8 to 10 feet high, convert your terrace into a functional car park or garden, all while protecting the panels from ground-level obstacles. If drilling is not an option for your roof, our ballast-mounting solutions provide the necessary security using engineered weight distributions, keeping your building's waterproofing perfectly intact.
We build with heavy-duty Mild Steel Hollow sections or I-Beams. To handle the humid and harsh weather, every component receives a double coat of Epoxy Red Oxide primer and weather-proof enamel paint, or we opt for Hot Dip Galvanization for maximum rust protection. Our designs are rated to withstand wind speeds up to 150 km/h, meaning you don't have to worry when the weather turns bad. From site load assessment to the final neat cable dressing, our in-house team handles every step to ensure your solar installation remains secure, efficient, and clean for decades.
