About Princess & Fairytale Cakes
When I design these fairytale cakes, I do not just use plastic toys for the toppers. Every crown, butterfly, and princess gown you see here is sculpted from fondant or hand-painted in my Gurgaon kitchen, which means the entire centerpiece is fully edible and custom-made for your theme.
Whether your child is obsessed with the ice kingdom of Arendelle or dreams of floating away in a hot air balloon, I work to make that vision tangible. My process starts by identifying the core elements of the story they love—the colors, the specific characters, and the mood—and translating those into a multi-dimensional cake design.
For Frozen themes, this often means working with blue and purple fondant to recreate ice shards and snowflakes. For mermaid or fairy themes, I focus on intricate textures like coral reefs, delicate wings, or sugar-crafted mushrooms to build an entire scene rather than just a flat image.
I offer three main setup tiers for these events:
- Intimate Celebrations: Best for small home gatherings, these include a single-tier custom cake with thematic side treats.
- Signature Parties: These feature tiered cakes with more complex 3D sugar work, often displayed on a revolving stand or Ferris wheel.
- Grand Luxury Spreads: For larger events, I design multi-tiered centerpieces surrounded by plated gourmet desserts like macarons and tarts, complete with fresh floral styling.
Since these are custom creations, I recommend reaching out at least a week in advance so I can plan the fondant details and ensure your cake is fresh and ready for the big day. Every cake is crafted from scratch using high-quality ingredients, so you get the magic of a theme park without compromising on the taste.
