When I build these pieces, it is about the mechanics as much as the look. My bar units come with clever rotating shelves to save space, and my mandirs use 100% solid teak wood that is treated to withstand local weather, so they stay sturdy and beautiful for years.
Real Wood, Real Craft
Whether you are planning a dedicated puja room or setting up a home bar, the foundation matters. I use 100% solid teak (Sagwan) for mandirs because it takes carving beautifully and ages gracefully. For the polish, I prefer a high-gloss PU finish. It gives that mirror-like look while protecting the wood from heat and moisture.

My bar units are designed for small city apartments where every inch counts. I incorporate rotating mechanisms and hidden hangers so you can store your collection without taking up a whole wall.
