Adventure Pet Photography
I capture the real, wild, and playful side of your pets in the places they love most. From beach runs to mountain trails, let's document your bond exactly as it is.
Our German Shepherd, Jiraiya, taking in a peaceful sunset by the lake in Kamshet. I focus on capturing these quiet, majestic moments where your pet's personality shines against a beautiful natural backdrop.
A family portrait with our dog Jiraiya during a trip to Chopta, with the Himalayan peaks creating a breathtaking background. These pet-inclusive vacation sessions are my specialty, capturing your whole family on your greatest adventures.
This reel shows how our dog Jiraiya went from being a nervous first-time traveler to an absolute road trip pro. It’s a reminder that with a little patience, our pets can become the best adventure buddies.

From the sandy shores of Morjim, Goa, this shows a typical beach day adventure. We capture everything from your dog joyfully running along the waves to them relaxing comfortably after a day of fun.
Our complete family, Jiraiya and Jeannie included, celebrating Diwali at home. I believe pets are part of every family moment, big or small, and I love capturing these special occasions.

About this collection
I don't use studio lights or stiff poses because pets are happiest when they’re moving, not sitting still. My process includes plenty of buffer time for your pet to sniff, explore, and get comfortable before I even pick up the camera. Whether we're trekking near Kamshet or hitting a local Mumbai beach, I focus on capturing the connection you share, not just getting the perfect shot.
Why I don't use studios
Pets are family, and they deserve to be photographed where they feel free. When we’re at a beach in Morjim or a hiking trail near Lonavala, I use a telephoto lens to capture action from a distance. This keeps the environment natural and allows your pet to explore off-leash without feeling crowded by camera gear or unnatural lights.
How a session works
My approach is flexible. If your dog is high-energy, we’ll hit an open trail for some fast-shutter action shots of them running or jumping. If you have a senior cat or an anxious dog, I bring the session indoors to your home. I use natural window light to capture those quiet, cozy moments on the sofa where they feel most secure.
Locations and planning
I am based in Mumbai, and I love taking my gear to local spots like Oval Maidan or Juhu Beach for standard sessions. For those bigger adventures, I frequently travel to Kamshet, Karjat, and beyond for full-day shoots. I know the logistical challenges of traveling with pets, as I do it constantly with my own dogs, Jiraiya and Jeannie. I can help recommend pet-friendly trails and spots where your furry friend will be completely safe and happy. Let's head out and make some memories.
Sunny Nair
I’m Sunny, and my life basically revolves around my dogs, Jiraiya and Jeannie. I travel everywhere with them, which is exactly how I learned to photograph pets in the wild—with patience, treats, and a whole lot of goofiness.
