About Our First Family Photos
Family sessions can feel hectic, but I keep things slow and steady. We include dedicated buffer time for feeds and soothing, so nobody is ever rushed. If your little one is having a fussy day, we simply wait, play, and capture those quiet, loving moments when they finally settle and feel safe in your arms.
My Approach to Family Portraits
I believe family photos should reflect your actual bond, not just stiff posing. Whether it is your baby's first few weeks or a milestone celebration, my goal is to create a comfortable space where you can focus on your child rather than the camera.
How We Work
Sessions take place in my Andheri East studio. I have two distinct paths depending on what you need:
- Standard Family & Creative Session: This is my most popular choice for new parents. It covers 2.5 to 3.5 hours, giving us plenty of time for parents and siblings to jump in. We work through 3 to 4 setups, using props like macrame, rugs, and soft wraps.
- Premium Cake Smash & Milestone: If you are celebrating a first birthday or want a more extensive portfolio, this 4.5-hour package includes grandparent participation and more elaborate 3D props, such as balloon arches and real wooden elements.
Practical Details
I want you to be fully prepared for the session day:
- Wardrobe: For family sessions, I provide wraps and rompers for the baby, but I encourage you to bring comfortable clothes that make you feel like yourselves. For maternity-inclusive sessions, I have a collection of studio gowns available.
- Pacing: Babies dictate the pace. I never pack sessions back-to-back, so we don't have to stress if the baby needs an extra long feeding break or a cuddle session to calm down.
- Deliverables: I handle all editing in-house, focusing on natural skin tones and timeless color correction. You will receive high-resolution copies via a digital drive link.
