End-to-End Styling & Sourcing (20-Hour Bundle)
Research & Planning Phase (10 Hours)
- Consultation: Deep-dive analysis of body type, skin undertones, and budget allocation.
- Concept Creation: Digital mood boards detailing color palettes and silhouette recommendations for specific events.
- Itinerary Building: Pre-booking appointments at luxury stores (Manish Malhotra, Rimzim Dadu) or niche boutiques to ensure time efficiency.
Shopping & Sourcing Phase (10 Hours)
- Guided Visits: Stylist accompaniment to manage sales staff, select pre-discussed pieces, and negotiate customizations.
- Virtual Option: Live video walkthroughs for remote or NRI clients to inspect fabric quality and details via camera.
- Completing the Look: Curating jewelry, footwear, and accessories to match the primary outfits.
- Technical Liaison: Supervising measurements and conveying alteration notes directly to the designer's production team.
Logistics & QC
- Quality Check: Detailed inspection of finished garments for embroidery fallout or zipper issues before acceptance.
- Delivery Management: Coordinating timelines to ensure outfits reach the venue or client before the event.
On-Site Styling & Shadowing (Per Day)
Pre-Event Preparation
- Steaming & Setup: Professional steam ironing of lehengas, gowns, and suits to ensure zero creases prior to the start time.
- Inventory Audit: Unboxing and matching all accessories (jewelry, cufflinks, pocket squares) to the correct outfits.
Live Execution
- Draping Services: Expert saree and dupatta draping or pinning to ensure outfits stay secure during movement and dancing.
- Shoot Assistance: Managing outfit changes in public locations and adjusting skirts or collars in real-time for photographs.
- Repacking: Carefully packing heavy couture garments post-event to prevent damage to embroidery during transport.
Emergency Support
- Stylist Kit: Immediate access to double-sided tape, safety pins, stain removers, and sewing supplies for wardrobe malfunctions.
- Exclusions: Travel, visa, and accommodation costs for the stylist are not included in this fee.

For me, styling pre-wedding events is about making your love and personality stand out in every look. These celebrations kick off your life together, and I want your outfits to speak for you - not just follow trends. Sometimes it's all about that moment when someone says, “Evvaḷavu azhagāna paiyan” (what a handsome boy!) or when you feel like you truly belong in your clothes.
How I Style Your Events
- I start with a simple chat, getting to know what you love, what matters to you, and your ideas for each ceremony.
- I’ll put together mood boards - a kind of visual roadmap. It helps pick outfits that are not just nice but totally you.
- Shopping can be in-store or virtual. For couples far away, I do live video calls from designer stores, showing you fabrics and details so you don’t miss out. Sometimes I’ll ask, “Style karte hain fir isko?” (Shall we style this one?) when something feels right.
- If you’re after something unique, I’ll work with designers to create custom engagement attire, overseeing every bit from fabric to fitting.
- I also handle the finishing touches - jewellery, accessories, and all those little tweaks so you’re comfortable and look sharp.
