Brand-Focused Retail Interior Design
Retail spaces are the stage for your products. We design functional layouts that tell a story, ensuring your brand identity takes the lead rather than the decor.
The entrance to the FA Home store reveals an open, airy layout with exposed ceiling services and warm lighting. We designed the space to be inviting, with curated product displays that draw customers in to explore the artisanal textiles.
This wide shot of the FA Home store showcases the different zones, from the central dining table display to the bedding vignette in the back. The design uses subtle archways and flexible shelving to guide the customer journey.
A beautifully set dining table serves as a central merchandising point, showcasing FA Home's table linens and decor in a real-life context. The floor is scattered with cushions, inviting customers to touch and feel the products.
The reception area at FA Home is clean and minimal, with a soft peach accent wall and a simple wooden desk. A large framed textile piece tells the brand's story, immediately connecting customers to its artisanal roots.
A closer look at the welcoming reception desk and the brand story wall. The design is intentionally restrained to let the brand's identity and products speak for themselves, creating a sophisticated first impression.
A lifestyle vignette of a fully dressed bed is framed by a graceful archway, creating an aspirational room-like setting within the store. The custom wooden shelving unit displays a variety of cushions and throws.
This view through an archway perfectly frames a bedroom setup, demonstrating how FA Home's products can be layered to create a serene and luxurious space. The use of plants adds a touch of natural freshness.
About this collection
For the FA Home flagship store in DLF Camellias, we kept the architecture restrained to ensure the hand-crafted textiles remained the focus. We used a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan with a neutral palette, relying on custom modular shelving and soft lighting to guide customers through the collection, rather than heavy partitions.
Retail interior design is not about filling a room; it is about managing customer movement and visual impact. Our process starts with zoning. We map out 'hot' and 'cold' areas to ensure high-margin products get the best visibility while lower-traffic sections encourage deeper exploration.
In the FA Home project, technical details drove the design. We used high-CRI lighting, which is essential for retail, to make sure fabric colors appear true to life. The display units were a specific technical challenge; we developed a system using timber dowels and fabric rings that allows the staff to rearrange the layout without needing a construction crew. This modularity ensures the store stays fresh without constant renovation.
We also pay close attention to the shell. By exposing the building services and using white walls, we created a raw, industrial contrast against the soft furnishings. This combination prevents the store from feeling like a sterile showroom, giving it a tactile, grounded atmosphere that makes shoppers want to stay longer.
