We transform living and dining areas into sophisticated hubs for both daily life and large-scale entertaining. Our approach blends plush textures with functional layouts to create a seamless flow across your home.

An integrated living, dining, and bar area from our Kingfisher Tower project. The design features a magnificent onyx dining table and quilted leather chairs, unified under a large crystal chandelier that creates a cohesive and luxurious atmosphere for entertaining.

This video showcases several rooms from a penthouse we designed in Kingfisher Tower, Bangalore. You can see the consistent theme of opulence through the use of royal blue velvet armchairs, large-scale crystal chandeliers, and rich textures in both the living areas and bedrooms.

A modern dining setup designed for both style and comfort. We used a fluted glass and brass partition to create a sense of separation without closing off the space, complemented by tan leather chairs and a marble-topped table for an elegant dining experience.

A close-up of a dining nook where we combined textures and lighting to create an intimate setting. The wall features a mix of diagonal wood paneling and custom-cut mirrors, accented by modern oval wall sconces that cast a warm glow on the space.

This dining room design focuses on clean lines and modern elegance. The space is anchored by a dark wood dining table and light upholstered chairs, with a built-in credenza featuring integrated lighting and glass-front cabinets for a functional yet beautiful display.

This comfortable seating nook demonstrates our use of luxurious materials in a compact space. We paired soft grey bucket chairs with gold-finished legs and a matching side table against a backdrop of rich wood paneling and integrated vertical lighting.

About Grand Living & Dining Spaces

One of the most effective techniques we use is the subtle partitioning of open-plan layouts. By using fluted glass with brass accents, we separate your dining and lounge areas without losing the feeling of airiness. It allows you to host dinner parties that feel intimate, while keeping the wider living space bright and connected.
