Featured Artwork and Studio Life at Stroke Art Institute
A glimpse into the vibrant world of our studio. This collection showcases the diverse range of styles, mediums, and the talent of our students, from beginners to advanced artists.
This is where dedication meets technique. Watch as one of our students brings a hyper-realistic charcoal portrait to life, mastering the challenging effect of dripping water to create a truly emotive piece. Our portrait drawing classes cover everything from basic proportions to advanced texturing.
We love the energy of soft pastels. This video shows the process of building up vibrant layers to create a stunning, colorful portrait, a technique we teach in our advanced pastel workshops.
It's never too late to pursue your passion for art. We are so proud of our student, Reeta, who created this incredibly detailed and imaginative charcoal portrait, proving that creativity has no age limit.
The humble ballpoint pen can create wonders. This finished still life piece, rendered entirely in blue ballpoint pen, showcases the amazing depth and texture our students learn to achieve with everyday tools.
A proud student holding her finished gouache painting. This piece captures an abandoned train being reclaimed by nature, a testament to the narrative and detail we encourage in our landscape and subject painting courses.
Witness the focus and skill of one of our youngest artists. Here, Madhav works with a glass marking pencil on a black mount to create a detailed portrait of Krishna, a popular subject in our kids' drawing classes.
A proud student showcasing her intricate architectural drawing. Created with a micron pen on canvas, this piece highlights the precision and patience we teach in our technical drawing and illustration programs.
This is what a typical day at our Noida studio looks like. We foster a collaborative and inspiring environment where students of all ages can learn, share, and grow together at their own pace.
A proud young artist with her finished masterpiece. This surrealist underwater scene, drawn with a glass marking pencil, is a fantastic example of the imaginative concepts we help our students bring to life.
About Featured
You will notice the variety in our work—that is intentional. We do not follow a cookie-cutter curriculum because we believe your creative journey should be as unique as your perspective. Whether you are using a simple ballpoint pen to shade a still life or mastering glass marking pencils for high-contrast portraiture, the focus is on understanding the medium first, then finding your own creative voice through it.
Our studio in Sector 49, Noida, is built around one idea: art is a skill that anyone can develop with the right environment. Walking through our gallery, you will see projects ranging from hyper-realistic charcoal portraits by our diploma students to imaginative, surrealist pieces created by kids during our weekend workshops.
We emphasize hands-on learning. You will not just watch; you will do. Our curriculum is structured to support every level, whether you are starting with basic freehand sketching in our monthly hobby batches or working towards a professional portfolio in our 1-year Fine Arts Diploma.
What to expect in your classes:
- Medium Mastery: We teach specific techniques for charcoal, acrylics, oils, gouache, and micron pens. You learn the 'why' behind the technique, not just the 'how'.
- Personalized Guidance: Even in group settings, we prioritize individual attention. You work at your own pace, with instructors correcting your grip, your blending technique, or your perspective as you work.
- Beyond the Paper: We encourage taking art outside the studio, with plein air sessions and gallery visits that bring a professional perspective to your hobby.
If you have been waiting for a sign to pick up a brush or a pencil, this is it. Come by the studio to see how we work, meet the community, and discuss which of our batches—hobby, mastery, or professional—fits your goals best.
