About Modern & Themed Invitations
Before I start a single sketch, I always ask about the little things—the inside jokes you share, your pet's name, or that specific shade of lilac you love. These are the details that turn a standard card into a personal story, so don't be surprised if I ask for photos or funny anecdotes to weave into your stationery.
Whether you are planning a beach wedding in Goa or a cozy garden party, your invitation sets the mood for the entire event. I specialize in turning your raw ideas—like a shared love for travel or a specific floral aesthetic—into a cohesive visual identity. My process starts with a conversation. We discuss the vibe, the color palette, and the unique quirks that make your story yours.
For modern couples, I often lean into watercolor florals or minimalist layouts with clean typography. If you have a specific destination in mind, I love creating travel-themed concepts, like boarding passes or passport booklets. For those who want something traditional, I can incorporate heritage motifs like peacocks or Pichwai art, but always with a contemporary twist that feels fresh.
Once we settle on a concept, I handle the technical side to make sure your invite looks perfect. All digital files are optimized for WhatsApp and email, ensuring your text remains crisp on mobile screens. For physical suites, I work with high-quality cardstock and finishes like satin ribbon ties or laser-cut motifs. You get two rounds of design iterations to make sure every element is exactly right. If you want a full event look, I can also design matching welcome boards, itineraries, and thank-you cards that pull your theme across the entire celebration.
