We use triple-sifted Rajasthani henna mixed with eucalyptus and clove oil to ensure that signature deep stain you want. Because we focus on dense, elbow-length detailing with personal touches like hidden names or custom motifs, we intentionally limit our daily bookings to ensure every single line is crisp and perfectly placed.
Our Approach to Henna
For us, mehendi is more than just a pattern. It is a part of the wedding ritual that deserves time and attention. When you book a bridal session with us at our Chembur studio, we start with a 15-minute consultation. This is where we discuss your preferences, whether you want traditional palki scenes, geometric mesh, or a mix of Bombay-style modern elements.
The Process
We do not believe in rushing the art. A bridal session typically takes 4 to 5 hours. We perform the application in our air-conditioned salon seating, which is crucial for preventing sweat and humidity from affecting the henna. After the application, we use lemon-sugar syrup dabbing or sealant sprays to lock in the moisture, helping the paste stay dark and vibrant.
Customization
- Figures and Motifs: We specialize in detailed side-profile bride and groom figures and traditional palanquin scenes.
- Modern Touches: If you prefer a contemporary look, we can incorporate geometric jaali or checkered bands alongside traditional lotus blooms.
- The Details: We can hide your husband's name within the pattern and ensure the designs are mirrored perfectly across both hands.
