Visual Merchandising & Decor
- Main Photo Op Zone: One 8ft x 8ft branded backdrop customized to brand colors with 3D elements and a custom fabricated Neon Sign (approx. 3ft width).
- Entrance Installation: Themed welcome archway or organic garland setup using a mix of fresh seasonal blooms and artificial fillers.
- Product Styling: 3 to 4 aesthetic plinths (acrylic, mirror, or pastel painted) with spot lighting and floral props for hero products.
Furniture & Logistics
- Cocktail Setup: Rental and setup of 4 to 5 high top cocktail tables with linen or themed overlays.
- Lounge Pocket: One seating cluster with 2 accent chairs and 1 coffee table for VIP or media interaction.
Tech & Manpower
- Audio: Standard PA system suitable for background music and speeches (2 speakers, 1 wireless mic, and operator).
- Lighting: Basic ambient uplighting (8 to 10 LED PAR cans) plus profile lights for the photo wall.
- Management: On site supervision by 1 Event Manager and 2 coordinators for a 4 to 6 hour duration.

The Bar Experience

- Bartending Team: 3 professional flair bartenders and 2 bar support staff with standard bar kits, ice, and garnishes (Alcohol provided by client).
Atmosphere & Lighting
- Ceiling Installation: Dense fairy light strings or scalloped drapes execution to lower ceiling height.
- Mood Lighting: Ambient warm par cans plus 4 to 6 moving head lights (Sharpies) for the dance floor area.
Lounging & Furniture
- Premium Lounge Clusters: 3 distinct VIP lounge pockets using Chesterfield sofas, velvet armchairs, and designer coffee tables.
- Dining Setup: 10 to 12 High tables with tall centerpieces and 4 to 5 round tables with overlay linen.
Entertainment Tech
- DJ & Sound: Professional Corporate DJ with a sound system (Top and Subs) adequate for 150 pax.
