Work Bay & Common Area
- Cubicle Draping: Orange/yellow Marigold strings draped on dividers and aisle ends (coverage for up to 30 workstations).
- Ceiling Elements: Paper lanterns or metallic tassels with fairy lights (Diwali) or paper snowflakes with red/green streamers (Christmas).
- Ambient Light: Installation of warm white fairy light strings along the main reception desk and one focus wall.
Logistics

Buffet Catering
- Menu: 6 Snacks (3 Veg + 3 Non Veg), Mains (2 Veg Sabzi, 1 Dal, 1 Chicken/Paneer gravy, Rice, Breads, Salad, Raita), and 2 Desserts.
- Service: Buffet layout with bone china crockery, warmers, and 2 uniformed waiters.

- DJ Setup: Professional DJ performing Commercial/Bollywood hits for 4 hours.
