Essential Office Festive Decor Package
Entrance & Reception
- Door Setup: Fresh Marigold (Genda Phool) and Mango leaf toran for the main glass door entrance.
- Floor Art: One 3ft x 3ft fresh flower petal Rangoli (Rose/Marigold mix) or organic colors at the reception holding area.
- Lighting: Placement of 6-8 battery operated wax diyas or tea light candles around the Rangoli.
Work Bay & Common Area
- Cubicle Draping: Orange/yellow Marigold strings draped on dividers and aisle ends (coverage for up to 30 workstations).
- Ceiling Elements: Paper lanterns or metallic tassels with fairy lights (Diwali) or paper snowflakes with red/green streamers (Christmas).
- Ambient Light: Installation of warm white fairy light strings along the main reception desk and one focus wall.
Logistics
- Staffing: 2 person decor team for 3-4 hours of setup time.
- Transport: Includes material transport within city limits.

Backdrop & Structure
- Main Wall: Choice of 8ft x 8ft Sequin Shimmer Wall (Gold/Silver/Black) OR Printed Flex Backdrop customized to theme (Casino, Winter, Retro).
- Illumination: 2 LED Par cans positioned to light up the backdrop for photography.
- Flooring: 8x8 ft Red Carpet or Artificial Grass patch to define the zone.
Decor & Props
- Balloons: L-shaped or semi arch balloon garland using standard latex balloons (choice of 3 colors).
- Signage: Rental of generic neon signs (e.g., "Let's Party", "Happy Diwali") mounted on the backdrop.
- Theme Props: Includes specific items like large foam board dice boxes and card cutouts (Casino) or 5ft artificial tree with ornaments (Christmas).
End-to-End Office Party Execution
Buffet Catering
- Menu: 6 Snacks (3 Veg + 3 Non Veg), Mains (2 Veg Sabzi, 1 Dal, 1 Chicken/Paneer gravy, Rice, Breads, Salad, Raita), and 2 Desserts.
- Service: Buffet layout with bone china crockery, warmers, and 2 uniformed waiters.
Entertainment & Bar
- DJ Setup: Professional DJ performing Commercial/Bollywood hits for 4 hours.
- Sound: 2 Top Speakers (JBL/RCF equivalent), console, and 1 cordless mic for announcements.
- Bartending: 1 Professional Bartender to manage the counter (Client provides liquor and licenses). Includes basic bar tools.
Event Management
- Coordination: On site Event Manager to handle flow and conduct 2-3 office games (e.g., Musical Chairs).
- Basic Decor: Balloon bunches on pillars/corners and ambient fairy lighting.
