This is a beautiful example of a custom-designed wedding mandap. I combined traditional South Indian elements, like the intricately woven fresh coconut leaves, with a vibrant array of fresh flowers to create a truly unique and sacred space for the ceremony.
For this indoor wedding ceremony, I used a classic and timeless combination of fresh red roses and white chrysanthemums. The design included a lush floral stage backdrop and delicate hanging flower strings to create a rich, romantic atmosphere.
This shows the scale of decoration I can provide for outdoor venues and temple weddings. The entire facade is adorned with long garlands of fresh marigolds and other traditional flowers, creating a grand and festive welcome for all your guests.

About Grand Ceremonial Stages
I do not use stock floral arrangements or templates for your stage. Every setup is built on-site, which means I adapt the floral density and colour palette to your specific venue's lighting and size. You will never see the same mandap twice from me, because I build for your unique story and traditions.

Custom Design, Not Templates
Many decorators use pre-fabricated panels that look the same in every photo. I avoid this entirely. If you want a traditional South Indian mandap, I source authentic woven coconut or palm leaves for the Chappara roof and structure. If you prefer a reception stage, I create custom frames and floral arches that fit your specific dimensions and design preferences.
Material Integrity
My 'fresh flowers only' policy is strict. I do not use old stock or recycled flowers. This matters because a stage decorated with wilting roses or dull chrysanthemums changes the energy of the event. I use dense strings of fresh red roses, white and purple chrysanthemums, and orchids to ensure the setup looks vibrant from the start of the ceremony to the end.
The Logistics of a Grand Stage
A large-scale stage setup can be stressful for the family if the timeline slips. I manage this by bringing a dedicated setup crew to handle everything. We ensure the wiring for lights, the placement of brass diyas, and the floral density meet the plan we discussed during our initial consultation. Whether you need a 12-foot traditional mandap for a religious ceremony or a 24-foot grand reception stage, my team arrives early to manage the site assembly and clearing.
